G&S Foods is a central PA based snack food company operating in Hanover, PA. We are a co-manufacturer of sweet and salty snacks from popcorn to chocolate-covered pretzels. We are hiring for a 3rd shift Sanitation Lead. Be a part of our continued Growth & Success at G&S Foods!

The Sanitation Lead is responsible for:

  • Direct and assign work to employees within their specific area as needed to reach sanitation targets
  • Ensure all required documentation is present and completed throughout the shift
  • Monitor the technical sanitation services including waste disposal, pest control, proper chemical application for cleaning and sanitizing food industrial equipment, and good manufacturing practices
  • Perform final inspections of assigned area
  • Train / coach new and current sanitation workers

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in food manufacturing required

Shift Times:

  • 3rd shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00pm-5:00am
