Position Overview:

JGA is currently seeking an experienced SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of financial processes and a proven track record in implementing and supporting SAP FI and FICO modules. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the financial systems align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency. Position is fulltime onsite. Must live or be able to locate to Phoenix AZ. Relocation assistance available. Must be able to work in the US without sponsership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implementation and Configuration:

Lead the implementation of SAP FI and FICO modules, including requirements gathering, system configuration, and user acceptance testing. Configure and maintain financial accounting processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, cost centers, profit centers, and internal orders.

- Analysis and Support:

Conduct business process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization within the SAP FI and FICO modules. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP FI and FICO functionalities, ensuring quick resolution of issues.

- Reporting and Compliance:

Develop and implement financial reporting solutions to provide insights into financial performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Prepare financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

- Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Sales, and Operations, to ensure seamless integration of financial processes. Engage with end-users to provide training, support, and documentation on SAP FI and FICO functionalities.

- Continuous Improvement:

Stay current with SAP updates and best practices to optimize system performance and enhance user experience. Participate in project planning and management activities to ensure timely delivery of milestones.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI and FICO implementations and support.

- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.

- Proficiency in SAP configuration, including integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

- SAP certification in FI and/or FICO is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications.

- Familiarity with financial reporting tools and techniques.

- Knowledge of industry-specific financial processes.

  • Travel: Required- Position Is onsite in Phoenix AZ. Must be able to relocate to Phoenix.
