Seasonal Phone Bank Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Temporary inbound call-center position, assisting voters and poll workers throughout the election cycle in 2026.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Experienced in providing quality customer service and serving the public
• Ability to work within a call-center environment
• Answer incoming phone calls from voters and poll workers, taking appropriate action for each call
• Excellent computer skills including data entry
• Ability to work with a multi-line phone system
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working with minimum direction and as a team player
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Detail and solution oriented; able to apply critical thinking to assist voters and resolve issues
• Must be flexible to work long hours and weekends

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be a registered voter in Florida
• Possession of a valid Florida Driver License
• Overtime is required
• Bilingual in English/Spanish (preferred)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to sit for 5-8 hours daily
• Lifting items of 25 lbs or less on occasion

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Shift:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
