The mechanical industry is fast paced and detailed oriented, requiring a strong team of project managers to efficiently manage projects for our customers. Qualifications:

  • Possess strong understanding of mechanical systems design and installation
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and flexible to accommodate changes
  • Possess excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to handle and manage a variety of tasks
  • Possess computer knowledge that includes but is not limited to MS Office Suite with the ability to learn new software
  • Ability to build and cultivate strong relationships with new and existing customers, providing unmatched customer service
  • Establish and execute personal, team and sales goals

Job Functions:

  • Manage projects to ensure they are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Develop project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
  • Develop a detailed project plan and track progress throughout
  • Coordinating with subcontractors and vendors
  • Order equipment and materials
  • Schedule manpower, communicate scheduling and completion timelines to customers
  • Communicate project scope and schedules to field team and subcontractors
  • Monitor labor, material, and subcontractor costs to ensure profit margin goals are achieved
  • Provide change orders to customers when project scope is adjusted
  • Collaborate with accounts receivable to ensure timely billing and payment on projects
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships, resolving issues and concerns in a timely manner
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors on pricing, ordering, project scheduling, and customer concerns

Certificates/Licenses/Education:

  • College degree preferred and/or 5-10 years of experience in the Mechanical/HVAC/Plumbing (or related) industries

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
