Full job description

We're a team of highly experienced divorce and family law attorneys and support staff. The substantial majority of our attorney team has 15-25 years of experience, with each member having individual expertise and credentials. We have certified financial litigators, guardian ad litems, an ARC counsel, a collaboratively trained attorney, and mediators among the team. Our existing paralegal team is highly capable and experience in Massachusetts family law and supports each other as needed given the workload. As a family law paralegal, you'll support up to three divorce and family law attorneys and you'll have an entire team of paralegals and attorneys to engage for feedback and perspective as the need arises.

Turco Legal has grown to one of the state's largest and most sophisticated family law boutique firms. We have attorney and support staff teams based in our Newburyport and Boston offices, with satellite offices in Andover and Newton. If you're selected for this position, you'll choose either Boston or Newburyport as your primary office, although you'll be free to work remotely up to three days a week.

While we are empowered to excel individually at this firm, we work as a team to deliver great service to our clients. The subject matter can be taxing at times and so being part of a team that cares really makes a difference in the quality of our work life. It's important to us that we all really like each other and generally feel this is a great place to work.

We are looking for a full-time paralegal who has worked primarily or exclusively in Massachusetts probate and family court for at least 10 years. We can't hire a paralegal who has minimally worked in family law, so please only apply if you have the experience we're seeking. Here is a bit more about the job:
