Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced Firmware Architect to lead the development and integration of firmware solutions incorporating advanced AI capabilities into our smart camera products. The ideal candidate will excel in providing technical direction, collaborating with global teams, and guiding projects from concept through production.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect, design, and drive the implementation of innovative firmware solutions integrating cutting-edge AI models for smart camera products.
  • Act as a central technical liaison, facilitating effective communication and seamless collaboration among international firmware teams to ensure smooth integration and on-time project deliveries.
  • Provide strong architectural oversight, technical leadership, and mentorship to firmware engineers across global teams.
  • Manage the firmware project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with product specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Lead technical discussions and problem-solving sessions, driving cross-team collaboration to address architectural challenges.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong experience architecting and designing firmware for embedded systems.
  • Proficiency in C/C++ for embedded software development.
  • Proven track record of collaborating effectively with international engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts across diverse and global teams.
  • Demonstrated capability to mentor engineering teams and oversee technical implementation from design to mass production.
  • Familiarity with integrating AI/ML models into resource-constrained embedded systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience developing firmware specifically for camera systems or smart home technology.
  • Previous experience managing or mentoring international engineering teams.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
