ABOUT THE ROLE
You are a Google Search revenue operator. Google Search is the highest-intent channel we operate in and right now, we are underleveraging it. Your job is to change that.
You will own performance from keyword to checkout inside a regulated, compliance-sensitive financial services environment. Every click represents a real person trying to unlock homeownership. Your mission is to scale from 3X ROAS to 10X+ ROAS and toward 15-20X blended ROAS through advanced intent segmentation, structured testing, and conversion optimization.
This is not a traffic role. It is a revenue role. You are accountable for revenue — not clicks, not impressions.
This role begins as a 90-day performance contract (part-time, 15-25 hrs/week) with the opportunity to convert to full-time for high performers.

WHAT YOU OWN
CAMPAIGN STRUCTURE
- Tasks: Architect and segment Google Search campaigns by keyword intent and profitability; build ad group hierarchy
- Authority: Full control over campaign structure, ad groups, match types, and bid strategies
- You Own: Blended ROAS growth from 3X to 10X+; keyword-level revenue tracking
AD COPY & MESSAGING
- Tasks: Write and test headlines, descriptions, hooks, and messaging angles aligned to intent segments
- Authority: Approve and launch all ad copy without requiring sign-off on individual test variants
- You Own: CTR improvement; Revenue per Click (RPC) increase of 20%+ over 90 days
LANDING PAGE CRO
- Tasks: Align landing pages to keyword intent; design and execute A/B tests on copy, layout, and offers
- Authority: Approve landing page test variants; coordinate with design/dev on implementation
- You Own: On-page conversion rate improvement; reduction in cost per acquisition
TESTING SYSTEMS
- Tasks: Build and maintain a structured monthly testing roadmap for ads and landing pages
- Authority: Own the testing calendar; decide which experiments to run and when
- You Own: Minimum 6 documented experiments per month; testing framework handed off as repeatable system
DOCUMENTATION & TRAINING
- Tasks: Document all strategy, frameworks, and testing results; train team members on execution
- Authority: Create and own internal SOPs; decide what gets documented and how knowledge is shared
- You Own: Zero single-person dependency, another team member can execute core workflows within 90 days
CORE REQUIREMENTS
Must Have:
- 5+ years managing Google Ads with strong Search expertise
- Proven track record improving ROAS through messaging and landing page alignment, not just bid changes
- Experience scaling mid-ticket or high-ticket e-commerce or digital product offers
- Strong direct response copywriting skills (headlines, hooks, CTAs)
- Experience running structured ad and landing page A/B testing
- Comfortable owning both strategy and hands-on implementation
Strong Bonus Experience (Preferred):
- Financial services, mortgage, credit, or other regulated/adjacent industries
- Working within compliance-sensitive advertising environments
- Subscription, recurring revenue, or high-intent purchase funnels
Elite / A-Player Profile:
- If you have scaled Google Search campaigns for financial or compliance-sensitive products, improved ROAS primarily through keyword-to-landing page alignment, and built documented systems to train and scale others, you are an exceptional fit and will receive priority review.

COMPUTER & INTERNET REQUIREMENTS:
- Windows 10 or macOS 10.10+ (Chromebooks, Windows 7, tablets, and mobile devices won't work)
- Reliable high-speed internet (Wi-Fi or Ethernet required)

COMPENSATION & STRUCTURE
- Pay: $45,000-$55,000 annually equivalent (15-25 hrs/week)
- Bonus: Performance-based, tied to ROAS milestones and revenue growth
- Contract: 90-day performance contract with option to convert to full-time
