Position Summary
CODEplus is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top IT talent to support our company’s growth and success. You will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their needs, develop recruitment strategies, and deliver exceptional candidates in a competitive market.
Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for a variety of IT roles.
- Sourcing Strategies: Use innovative sourcing methods such as social media, job boards, referrals, networking, and talent pipelines to attract top-tier IT professionals.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical and cultural requirements, advising on recruitment best practices and strategies.
- Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, providing a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to guide recruitment efforts.
- Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on key metrics, including time-to-hire, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity in hiring practices and develop strategies to ensure an inclusive candidate pool.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully placing technical talent across various roles and levels.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and trends, enabling effective screening and communication with candidates and hiring teams.
- Skills:
- Excellent sourcing and networking abilities using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Handshake.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
