REDARC is one of the global market leaders in the field of power electronics with its primary focus on power management, safety, voltage converters and mobile solar solutions for the recreation & leisure, transport, emergency vehicles, marine and defence markets.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our innovative marketing team. You will work with a dynamic, talented team who respect and support each other, have a passion for what they do and work together to achieve great results.

Location: The role is initially remote then will be based in an office likely located near Dallas airport.

Purpose of the job
In this role, you will work with the Global Marketing Team to support the implementation of brand, communication, sales and marketing tactics in the North American markets including but not limited to: new product launches, promotions (on and offline), channel partner initiatives, campaigns and events. Your expertise will drive B2B marketing and positioning REDARC as a global education leader with our channel and distributor partners.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate marketing professional eager to make a significant impact through creative storytelling, data-driven decision-making, and collaborative leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting key customer vertical audiences.
  • Create marketing materials including brochures, case studies, blogs, social media, and email content tailored especially for B2B buyers with creative resource teams.
  • Develop marketing collateral and tools to support the sales team (e.g. product sheets, FAQs, training decks).
  • Manage the e-mail content calendar in partnership with eCommerce Lead to ensure relevant campaigns, messages and promotions are being communicated to key trade audiences.
  • Collaborate with distributor & channel partners to support co-branded campaigns and promotional activity.
  • Lead B2B Marketing Campaigns, especially working with Trade Publications on media buys to promote REDARC products.
  • Execute consumer and tradeshow calendar and ensure relevant collateral is available for the Sales Team at the shows, especially Tier 1 events.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams throughout the project management process to ensure that all project requirements and timelines relating to brand, communication and marketing are met.
  • Partner with Strategic Marketing Manager (NA) and Associate Marketing Manager - NPD to ensure new product launches are being communicated to channel partners and executed flawlessly with campaign support.

Essential qualification and skills:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or similar
  • Good interpersonal skills and comfortable interacting with key B2B/Trade Customers
  • Proficient written communication and creative writing skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, self-motivated with excellent attention to detail.
  • Due to the international team nature candidates may need to be on a few evening calls each month with counterparts in Australia.

Ideally, you will have:

  • 3-5 year experience in a marketing role with proven execution of integrated marketing campaigns (including digital).
  • Experience within the outdoor, electronics or automotive industry a plus.
  • Job travel will average to be 1 x a quarter domestically for team offsites or customer meetings/shows.
