We're hiring a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the collaborative development, management and execution of marketing efforts across our restaurant portfolio. Corporate, multi-unit brand experience in the restaurant industry is required.

Palisades Hospitality headquarters is located in Mill Valley, CA. This is a hybrid remote/onsite position with 1-2 days a week at the home office with the VP of Marketing and requires 25% of time to be spent at properties, communicating and building relationships.

The Senior Restaurant Marketing Manager will:

- Have proven leadership across multiple facets of marketing including: advertising, promotions, media and public relations, digital marketing, social, loyalty programs, data and analytics

- Have strong analytical and quantitative skills to track campaigns and maximize effectiveness.

- Be detail-oriented ‘doer’ with ability to execute complex projects with cross-functional dependencies; abilityto prioritize and focus while effectively managing multiple and shifting priorities in a fast-pacedenvironment

- Have experience driving creative campaign development in alignment with operational teams and brand standards across online andoffline marketing channels

- Have proven ability to balance strategy with tactical execution

- Strong field marketing skill set; proven ability to leverage local/grassroots marketing efforts to optimize key KPIs

- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience building polished oral and visual presentations

- Lead the collaborative development, management and execution of marketing efforts across Palisades’ restaurant portfolio

- Determine unique KPIs per location and work in close collaboration with Ops team to achieve marketing goals

- Day-to-day management of 3rd party digital, social, PR partners

- Oversee property photoshoots and creative content strategy including copywriting and campaign development

- Direct digital consultants and agencies through marketing campaigns

- Optimize key third party channels to maximize exposure and

- Strategic creation, oversight and measurement of annual marketing plans

- Proactive Project Management and clear communication with DOO, property teams and VP Marketing

- Own the brand voice per each location; supporting training and initiative roll out efforts

- Support development of SOP’s and brand, guest experience programs

- 25% of time spent at properties, communicating and building relationships with the field

- 1-2 Days per week in office


- Must have corporate, multi-unit brand experience in the restaurant industry

- Basic Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, Project Management Software (googlesuite, Monday/Asana)

- Experience creating brand standards or programs

- Experience onboarding and managing 3rd party agencies

- Must have a track record of success in property-level marketing rollouts, campaign management

- Strong communication skills (this role will lead calls, webinars and build relationships with the field regularly)

- Keen attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $115,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
