Senior Project Manager – Utility & Industrial Electrical Construction

We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager ready to take ownership of $50M+ projects and grow toward executive leadership. This is more than project management—it’s leading through QSP excellence, mentoring future leaders, and shaping client strategy for long-term success.
What You’ll Do
- Lead major utility and industrial projects with focus on safety, quality, and performance.
- Drive schedules, budgets, and risk while ensuring operational discipline.
- Develop and mentor PMs, APMs, and field leaders in QSP-driven execution.
- Build trust with utility and industrial clients through results and reliability.
What You Bring
- 10+ years in utility or industrial electrical construction with multimillion-dollar project leadership.
- Strong financial, technical, and people-management skills.
- Collaborative, mentor-oriented leadership style grounded in QSP principles.
