We need a sales leader who can think strategically, act decisively, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to drive sales, build partnerships, and help scale our company.
What You’ll Do
· Engage Directly with Customers – As a small company, this will be an integral part of your job: answer inquiries, process sales orders, and provide outstanding customer support.
· Drive Sales Growth – Lead wholesale, B2B, and B2C sales efforts, ensuring rapid revenue expansion.
- Represent Berd at Industry Events – Attend trade shows and cycling expos to showcase our products and network with industry leaders.
- Build & Lead a High-Performing Sales Team – Make hiring decisions and mentor new sales professionals as Berd grows.
- Expand Distribution – Identify, onboard, and nurture new distributors and dealers worldwide.
- Develop International Partnerships – Build relationships with key players in the global cycling market.
- Set & Achieve Sales Goals – Establish and track ambitious sales targets, using data-driven insights to optimize performance.
- Create Sales Dashboards & Scorecards – Monitor team performance and key sales metrics to inform strategy.
What You Bring
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a senior sales manager or equivalent, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Deep knowledge of the cycling industry, bicycle components, and distribution networks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- An entrepreneurial, problem-solving mindset—you thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary + performance incentives (negotiated based on experience).

- Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (in-person, Hopkins, MN) plus occasional travel.
