About Us

Hunters Ridge Golf and Country Club is a planned residential golf course community located just east of I-75 on Bonita Beach Road (Exit 116), between Naples and Fort Myers in the heart of Southwest Florida. Established in 1987, Hunters Ridge spans 300 acres with 560 residential units, including single-family homes, villas, and multi-story homes. The community is owned and operated by Hunters Ridge Community Association. Our goal is to blend the natural beauty of the area with a challenging and well-maintained golf course, beautiful homes while providing an enjoyable country club lifestyle.

What You Will Do

As a Server at Hunters Ridge Golf and Country Club, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience to our members and guests. Your role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, ensuring prompt and accurate service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. You are the face of our Food and Beverage team and play a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable experience for our members.

Member and Guest Interaction: Greet and interact with members and guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
Order Management: Accurately take food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff.
Service Delivery: Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring that members and guests receive their orders as requested.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the menu, including daily specials, and be able to make recommendations to members and guests.
Problem Resolution: Address any member or guest concerns or complaints promptly and effectively, seeking assistance from supervisors when necessary.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience.
Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including dining areas, service stations, and equipment.
Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, as well as Hunters Ridge policies and procedures.

What You Need

Previous experience in a similar role within a hospitality or country club setting is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
A positive attitude and a strong commitment to member and guest satisfaction.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
A valid Food Handler's Certification is a plus.
