We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional guest services and a strong commitment to food safety and sanitation. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and maintaining the standards of our fine dining establishment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff.
• Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, to assist guests in making informed choices.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety guidelines and sanitation standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality presentation of dishes.
• Prepare tables for dining by setting up utensils, glassware, and condiments as needed.
• Process payments efficiently while ensuring accuracy in transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and removing used dishes promptly.

Experience

• Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles is preferred, particularly within the food industry or fine dining settings.
• Familiarity with food safety practices and sanitation protocols is essential.
• Experience using Skytab POS or similar restaurant management software is a plus.
• Strong math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $8.00 per hour

Expected hours: 21 – 50 per week
