Server (I-10 Location)

• Servers must be at least 18 years of age and maintain up-to-date TABC and TX Food Handler’s Certifications. No experienced required – we’d love to train you and show you the Alamo way!

Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon arrival
• Learn both the food and beverage menus to upsell and make suggestive offerings
• Manage 3-5 tables at a time
• Make fresh tortillas in our tortilla factory
• Keep server stations clean, organized, and sanitary always
• Customer satisfaction and retention – repeat business is key!
• Issue bills and accept payment

What does my path look like with Alamo Cafe?
As a server at Alamo Cafe, your main goal will be to grow financially. This is done through taking care of our customers and increasing your tip average. Once you’re providing that quality service and feel you can take on more, we will train you to become a bartender.
