Server/Bartender

The Tavern Kitchen & Bar is in search of friendly and energetic candidates to join our wonderful team. The Tavern Kitchen & Bar has become a staple within the community and set the standard for service and employee experience within the area. We are looking for upbeat and driven staff members who are eager to learn a system that has proven to be a success. No previous experience is necessary. Must have a friendly and personable attitude with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to work with a team mentality.

Job Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, preparing them efficiently, and building a rapport with clientele
• Handle card and cash transactions, ensuring that all funds in the cash drawer are accounted for by the end of the shift
• Keep an eye on patron intoxication levels and respond appropriately
• Clean the bar and the surrounding area of spills and other messes as needed
• Other duties as requested
