Server/Waiter

We are seeking experienced and motivated Servers to join our team. The ideal candidate has prior experience in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment and is comfortable working with high volume/customer volume. Our Servers work directly with patrons and must be able to maintain exceptional levels of customer service while strictly adhering to company policies. We are looking for candidates who have a passion for interacting with people and possess the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customers' questions about menu items.
• Answer customers' questions about wines and beers.
• Communicate with other servers, the kitchen, and management staff.
• Wash dishes when needed.
• Take out the trash.
• Respond to customer complaints.
• Politely turn away customers who asked for things that are out-of-stock or not served in that restaurant.

Job Types: Seasonal, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
