Full job description
Independent role, providing residential and commercial pumping and line cleaning services . Role also includes maintenance and repair when needed. Flexible scheduling while servicing Central MN. Home every night, with growth opportunities and managerial support in your role. Family centered company offering one weeks paid vacation to start.
Licensing/Education/Experience: High School education or equivalent. On the job training available. Any construction related experience is preferred. Hold or be able to obtain MN CDL Class B driver’s license with tanker and air brake endorsement (within 90 days of hire, company funded).
Responsibilities (will train the right candidate):
- Dedicated customer service and customer education.
- Repair or maintain pumps, sewer lines, and other components.
- Recognize/Identify problems related to septic systems.
- Complete pumping/septic tank maintenance service route.
- Provide customers with repair options when appropriate.
- Coordinate with office regarding payment collection and provide office staff with accurate records of transactions.
Hours: This is a seasonal full time position. Employees will be asked to work at least 8-12 hours per day, 5 days per week depending on seasonal variations in workload. Applicants can expect 40 to 60 hours per week during peak season.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $24.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
