Job Overview:
IntegrityPro Consulting is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow architecture, with a strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), and a focus on delivering innovative solutions for our Department of Defense (DoD) clients. This role requires deep technical expertise in ServiceNow, along with ITIL and Agile methodologies, to lead ServiceNow implementations that meet organizational goals and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead architect in the design, implementation, and configuration of the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, architect solutions, and deliver ServiceNow products tailored to client needs.
- Lead ServiceNow development initiatives, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, and other modules.
- Ensure that all ServiceNow architecture designs comply with DoD requirements and industry best practices.
- Provide guidance on integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems to enhance automation and process optimization.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow roadmaps, standards, and best practices for DoD clients.
- Support and mentor junior team members, driving a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, flexible, and cost-effective while meeting operational and security requirements.
- Lead workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams on ServiceNow best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform development and architecture.
- 5+ years as a ServiceNow Architect, with a strong portfolio of successful implementations.
- 2+ years of experience working with Department of Defense (DoD) projects.
- ServiceNow CTA (Certified Technical Architect) or CMA (Certified Master Architect) certification.
- Must possess ITIL Certification (v3 or v4).
- Must be ICAgile Certified or hold a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) credential.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations, preferably within government or defense environments.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow workflows, integration capabilities, and platform architecture.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SecOps, ITOM, or other advanced ServiceNow modules.
- Familiarity with DoD regulations, compliance frameworks, and security standards.
- Experience with Agile frameworks and project management methodologies.
- Previous experience in a leadership role, managing teams and working in a cross-functional environment.
