We are looking for an experienced Shift Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, maintaining paper supply and front-end inventory, serve as souf chef as needed, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Shift Manager will also be expected to handle customer inquiries, coordinate with kitchen staff, and ensure that all policies and procedures are followed.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of employees in a shift.
Ensure that employees are following company policies and procedures.
Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to improve performance.
Provide training and guidance to new employees.
Maintain records of employee attendance, performance, and other data.
Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
Ensure that all safety protocols are followed.

Pay: $9.00 - $13.00 per hour
