Our Fort Worth, TX branch is seeking an experienced Shop Foreman to lead and manage mechanical and welding technicians in a fast-paced workshop environment. This role oversees mechanical repairs, welding and fabrication, equipment refurbishment, and production schedules to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead mechanical and welding technicians
  • Oversee daily shop operations, workflow, and production schedules
  • Coordinate mechanical repairs, welding, fabrication, and refurbishment activities
  • Ensure quality standards, safety procedures, and company policies are followed
  • Troubleshoot technical and production issues as they arise
  • Support continuous improvement of shop processes and efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Mechanical and welding background preferred
  • Previous foreman, lead, or supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to manage production schedules and multiple priorities
  • Strong hands-on leadership skills with a focus on safety and quality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
