Are you an experienced blade technician with proven track record on Siemens turbines? Join Team Bladefence and help us deliver cutting-edge wind turbine blade inspection, repair, and maintenance services throughout Europe. We believe that proactive blade maintenance is key to maximizing turbine performance and longevity. Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspecting, repairing, and maintaining wind turbine blades to the highest standards
  • Communicating work progress internally and documenting all work performed using digital reporting tools
  • Travelling and working independently on projects across Europe
  • Performing tasks to company standards and in accordance with H&S policies
  • Working at heights and in challenging environments, including confined spaces

If you would like to be a part of Team Bladefence, are based in EU and have:

Valid certification in one of the following Siemens certifications:

  • Blade Technician / Blade B / BR1
  • Blade Repair Technician / Blade C / BR2
  • Advanced Blade Repair Technician / Blade D / BR3

And the following certifications:

  • Valid EU work permit & A1 certificate
  • Full GWO BST & ART-H (Hub)
  • IRATA Certification
  • Medical certificate for working at heights
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility with schedules
  • Working proficiency in English
  • Valid driving licence (minimum B class; C1 or C is an advantage)

It is advantageous if you have:

  • Suspended Platform experience
  • Safety Passport (SSG, CCNSG etc.)
  • Electrical Certificate
  • Lift Training Certificate
  • AFS 2019:3 Medical certification (Sweden)
  • Finnish Tax Number
