Full job description
Spectric Labs is looking for motivated DSP engineers to help us make an immediate impact for our customers located in Denver, CO. As part of our engineering team, you will help us show them that there is a creative solution to every problem. Your passion, creativity and dedication are what motivates you to apply the most innovative approach to solve some of the most difficult challenges faced by the US Government. Job requires security clearance, current TS/SCI.
Seeking talented engineer to develop high performance DSP and geolocation software solutions including:
- Research and development of novel DSP, geolocation and target tracking algorithms
- Implementation of low-latency processing solutions in C/C++ and Python
- Design and development of dynamically scalable and fault tolerant distributed solutions
- Creation of simulation capabilities to support development, testing and verification
- Collaboration with customers and operational users to identify new capability needs
- Preparation of presentations and white-papers
- Working within small, motivated teams to design and implement important mission solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or a related field
- Strong background in math and linear algebra
- 3+ years of C/C++ and Python development experience
- Knowledge of signal processing and/or geolocation techniques
- Self-motivated with strong communication skills
- Proficient in Linux environments
- Current TS/SCI clearance
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Expertise in the development of high performance DSP and geolocation software algorithms
- Familiarity with target tracking algorithms to include clustering, clutter detection, and state estimation
- Experience designing and deploying large scale, distributed systems utilizing containers and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with Go and X-MIDAS
- Strong communication skills and experience working directly with customers and users
