Full job description

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

The Site Coordinator position is responsible for providing site services, secure site and client safety, provide transportation, monitor House chores, assist with inventory management and site maintenance.

4:30 PM- 12:30PM HIRING IMMEDIATELY

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to effectively communicate in writing, verbally, and electronically.
  • Valid driver’s license and State of Michigan background check
  • Basic word processing skills.
  • Bilingual desired
  • Comfortable working with people who have experienced trauma

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Administer intake and orientate and introduce all incoming clients
  • Provide updates on clients to other service staff via the client system
  • Provide shift reports at the end of each shift
  • Maintain and update inventory
  • Assist the kitchen staff when needed with
  • Monitor the kitchen and dining areas for safety
  • Make sure snack area is clean and stocked
  • Monitor chores
  • Complete inspection of chores with each client to verify the chore was completed.
  • Ensure all tools are cleaned to meet health and safety compliance
  • Update, print daily sign-in sheets and ensure all clients sign-in each night
  • Complete facility walkthroughs on provided schedule and complete daily checklist to ensure safety and client compliance on each floor
  • Prepare rooms (clean and sanitize rooms and bedding) for new clients as needed and requested.
  • Organize and clean supply rooms and other storage areas throughout the building
  • Transport clients per the transportation schedule
  • Guide and monitor clients through compliance of agency policies and report issues
  • Distribute supplies to clients as needed/requested
  • Coordinate and administer emergency evacuation drills with supervisor
  • Complete superficial cleanings of staff offices, bathrooms and community spaces and hallways
  • Attend scheduled work conferences, staff meetings, agency functions and fundraisers as requested
  • Represent the agency at public forums, conferences, and media events; function as an advocate in the community representing the agency.
  • Assist supervisor as needed and directed

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities and problem solve
  • Ability to operate designated office equipment.
