Job Title: Site Manager - MOMentum Kids Club

Location: Dresher, PA (Before and Afterschool Program and Summer Camp); Gwynedd, PA (Additional hours in Early Childhood Program)

Hours: 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM & 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Salary Range: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour (Depending on credentials and experience)

Are you passionate about working with children and seeking a part-time position with a company driven by a meaningful mission? Join the MOMentum Kids Club team for the 2023-2024 school year and become a vital part of our community dedicated to supporting busy parents.

MOMentum Kids Club operates within the welcoming environment of MOMentum Coworking, where parents find co-working space, coffee, Wi-Fi, and onsite childcare in Gwynedd. Our commitment to creating a supportive village for families extends to our creative arts-based before and after-school care and our exciting summer camp in Upper Dublin. We also host fantastic events for both parents and kids.

In addition to site manager role, we are hiring both part time and substitute caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality enrichment programs for children.
• Mentor and lead a passionate team focused on creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment.
• Collaborate closely with staff to plan engaging activities and events.
• Represent MOMentum at school and community events.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates who:

• Are strong team players.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience working with children aged 0-13.
• Hold college credits in early childhood education, child development, elementary education, or a related field (preferred).
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Can lift up to 25lbs.
• Share our passion for promoting fun, friendship, hobbies, and play.
• Can meet state-specific requirements, including CPR, Mandated Reporter training, TB test, etc.
• Are capable of fostering an inclusive environment for children with special needs.
