Established in 2009, Picardie specializes in historic preservation, historic millwork, custom new millwork, timber framing, residential and commercial contracting.   • Ensure proper installation of product while maintaining high standards and adhering to plans and deadlines
  • Willingness to be hands on to ensure work is completed according to schedule
  • Attend all required site meetings and maintain clear communication back to Picardie team in a timely manner
  • Resolve construction problems, complaints, and grievances with the necessary documentation
  • Coordinate with shop to receive and properly store materials and deliveries as needed on site
  • Maintains assigned tools and construction equipment that are delivered to job site
  • Maintain all required documentation including but not limited to daily reports, photos, weekly reports, meeting notes, incident reports, and condition assessments
  • A strong understanding of the construction process, including tools, tasks, and roles involved with a hands-on approach
  • Monitor and maintain a safety program including documenting and correcting unsafe work practices and work hazards.

  • 5+ years of Construction Experience
  • OSHA 10


  • Must be able to pass drug and background check


  • Supervise a team of 2-3 people


The physical demands of this position must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, stoop, bend, and crouch for an extended period of time. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel: and reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The employee must be able lift and/or move equipment up to 50lbs. Some duties in this position are performed under periodically disagreeable working conditions of a jobsite including: working outside, at times in inclement weather; and exposure to water, dust, dirt, grease, paint fumes, chemicals, and equipment noise and vibration.
