Good Carbon Co. is seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our mission of transforming existing buildings into sustainable apartment communities.

Each project boasts an average of 50-100 renovated apartments, ready to be called home by residents who share our passion for a cleaner future.

As a Construction Laborer, you'll play a vital role in bringing these innovative spaces to life. You'll be involved in various aspects of construction, working alongside our team to ensure the successful completion of each project.

• Seeking dedicated construction professionals for long-term career growth opportunities.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in interior construction remodeling industry.
• Work collaboratively in teams of 3-6 to complete apartment renovations.
• Strong knowledge of construction industry required.

You should have strong knowledge in some or all of the following areas:

• Demo and prep
• Framing
• Drywall hanging + finishing
• Painting
• Flooring -
• Trim work - base, crown, window and door molding
• Kitchen cabinet installation
• Window & door installation
• Basic plumbing - installing toilets, vanities, p-traps, etc
• Insulation & air sealing
