EXPERIENCE:
The ideal candidate for this position is a professional and energetic team player who can multi-task effectively, offer quick and accurate responses, provide creative input to help advance client’s brands, and ensure proper service. A minimum of 3 years of professional experience utilizing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest for extreme social marketing success is necessary. Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite is a must. Applicants must provide a link to their social media portfolio. This is an in-agency position. Remote work is not available. Pay commensurate with experience and demonstrated abilities.
DUTIES:
- Create and managing a variety of campaigns across multiple social media platforms
- Develop social media marketing strategies and outline campaign goals
- Analyze and report on social media performance
- Engage with followers and customers
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices
- Managing paid social media advertising campaigns
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure brand consistency across all social media channels
- Work closely across multiple departments and focus content on clients' goals and needs
- Analyze content for consistency, accuracy, brand standards and user experience
- Revise, edit, and proofread at a high level
- Remain up-to-date on marketing best practices and techniques
- Ability to prioritize and effectively measure results
- Must be able to work within and hit deadlines
- Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A passion for all things social media
- Expert in the utilization of all social media platforms and tools
- Ability to manage multiple social media accounts and campaigns
- Creativity and ability to generate provoking and engaging content
- Proven 3+ years in social media management
- Organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superior graphic design skills
- Proficient with Adobe InDesign and Illustrator and other creative tools
- Experience with WordPress a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
