TACT is looking to hire a motivated and energetic Behavior Analyst to spearhead our Social Skills Program! The full-time position will oversee a small caseload of individual clients as well as social skills groups throughout the week.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 11-7

Job Description:

A Behavior Analyst at TACT contributes to the mission of the agency by ensuring all of our clients have access to outstanding clinical care primarily through the development of individualized treatments and on-going supervision of skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs for individuals with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Behavior Analysts at TACT conduct functional analyses, skill acquisition assessments, and comprehensive treatment evaluations to ensure the effects of our interventions are robust and have generality across contexts. TACT prides itself on our on-going commitment to research-informed clinical application of behavior analytic interventions.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and innovate small-group social skills programming
  • Manage/supervise Social Skills Facilitator (ABA graduate student)
  • Design and deliver social skills trainings to new hire groups at orientation
  • Oversee behavior analytic services in home, clinic, and school settings
  • Direct supervision and training for ABA Technicians
  • Treatment plan development (e.g., functional analysis, treatment analysis, behavior guideline development)
  • Development of individualized objectives
  • Skill acquisition curriculum development (e.g., conducting skills assessments and writing programs)
  • Caregiver and family training
  • Presentation at monthly clinical review meetings
  • Representation of TACT at local, national, and international conferences
  • Light schedule coordination

Qualifications/Experience

  • Certification of a BCBA (must maintain certification) or in the process of obtaining BCBA certification
  • Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst Certification (LABA)
  • Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills
