Renewable Energy Systems is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee operations, drive growth, and ensure the successful completion of our renewable energy projects. Compensation: $6,000 Per Month starting rate. Transitions to Base + Commission after training. Expected Earnings Potential of $90,000-$110,000 annually.
Schedule: 40-50 Hours Per Week, Some extended hours during busy promotional seasons.

Position: The primary role of the Store Manager is to provide excellent customer service to all customers that visit the store. This includes:
· Learning how to design and sell large solar systems and hybrid power systems with the best products in the state.
· Educating clients on the benefits of renewable energy with the purpose of generating interest.
· Train and manage a team of sales representatives to implement sales strategies
· Provide ongoing training, leadership and support to sales team
· Manage the sales pipeline, track opportunities, qualify leads, nurture customers and create sales.
· Answering customer questions and concerns, providing advice for customer needs, and providing the best experience for the customer.
· Customizing solar energy products and systems depending on the needs and designs of the customer’s property.
· Managing the daily operations of the store, including scheduling employees, maintaining inventory, and managing the customer experience.
· Accepting payments from customers using cash or credit cards, preparing purchase orders for all new inventory, and answering any customer questions.
· Setting up and running trade shows and promotional events.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Leadership, sales, customer service and management experience
· Ability to work effectively with team members and other departments to achieve share goals
· Ability to lead, train and develop sales and service teams
· Excellent communication and organization skills
· Ability and willingness to learn new information and skills
· Technical and mechanical problem-solving skills
· General computer and typing skills
Beneficial Experience:

· Working with or managing a Service Department
· Using a CRM
