Want to work for a company where no two days you ever work will be the same? Insane Impact is hiring a Regional Construction & Audio/Visual Project Manager position in the Southeast Region of the U.S.

Qualifications/ Requirements

1. Must be able to travel 70% +

2. 2+ years experience in Audio/Visual installation OR 2+ years in construction project management

3. Ability to operate equipment. Scissor lifts, reach lifts, and other items necessary to complete the job. (No Crane)

4. Must be 25+ years of age

5. Must obtain a medical card to allow for driving DOT regulated vehicles

6. Clean Driving Record

Job Responsibilities: (In order)

Installation Project Management (80%) – Position is responsible for all stages of the LED video wall installation located within region.

1. Preliminary quote assistance

2. Site visit and survey

3. Scheduling equipment, contractors, and product arrivals

4. Create plans with any and all general contractors, electricians, concrete specialists, etc (if applicable)

5. Confirm project and designs with engineers (if applicable)

6. Communicate dates, timelines, etc with customers

7. Execute construction and build out of frames, LED wall, production equipment and final testing

8. Cleaning and repairs of build site following installation

9. Manage all contracts with vendors and independent contractors. Manage full- and part-time employees hours, per diem, breaks, travel.

10. Track costs and expenses and report margins to leadership team

Management & Service of Existing Retail Projects (10%) – utilize existing database to communicate with customers regarding warranty repairs, future projects and scheduled maintenance/follow-up. Knowledge of customers and warranty terms with each customer will be main focus to make sure we are repairing and managing issues in a timely fashion. All transactions with customers need to be recorded in the database to know the extent of work needed to be done.

Mobile Retail Management (5%) – Lead on mobile LED video wall trailers for existing and new customers in the region.

1. Manage the region in terms of new customer training, service to existing units and any warranty related issues. Would cover a region that sees anywhere between 25-50 mobile units.

2. Extensive training at HQ before being deployed to different trailers.

3. Position will record and track all calls, deployments, etc and report it to HQ.

4. Similar to Installation Project Management role, position will need to have a knowledge of all customers in the region who own the mobile LED equipment.

5. Must proactively provide training and continuing education to our current customer base.

6. Training and coaching of existing and new retail clients. We would look to go on the offense as it relates to continuing ed/training for our existing customers.

Tertiary Job Duties (5%) – would assist in other areas of the organization

1. Warranty/Service – maintain a line of communication with our LED manufacturer to provide correct shipping of any faulty LED product. Must track costs and expenses for reimbursement. Communicate repair timelines between the manufacturer and the customer.

2. Need to have ability to fly to other regions to assist in any jobs/training, etc. This would be for larger projects projects.

1. Expenses : all expenses handled by Insane Impact via Company credit Card. Monthly reconciliation will be required and monitored.

3. Company Vehicle provided by Insane Impact. Units will have GPS monitor tracking on them. Selected employee for the region will be responsible for maintenance service and upkeep of projects. (do we need a vehicle and if so when)
