Full job description

Are you an Ohio Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist passionate about making a difference in the lives of children? Would you like the convenience and flexibility of working from home? If so, Columbus Area Speech Therapy, a therapist owned practice, has several 1099 opportunities (virtual, hybrid & in-person) for you to make a big impact on some young lives during the 2024-2025 school year. As low a 3 hours per week up to a 4 day a week position.

Positions include an assessment only position, an IEP meeting facilitation only (not writing IEPs) position, typical school contracts, 2 High School only positions, a school with all AAC users and a maternity leave coverage starting in January

School contracts are paid $50/hour (direct and indirect) for the first school year. If you return for a second year with the same or another contract, your rate would rise to $55/hr. In-person individual sessions pay up to $72/hr.

* Must have experience working in Ohio schools and doing online therapy. Preference given to those with online school experience. Must have ODE Pupil Services License or Registration. Must have a Medicaid billing number or be willing to obtain this.
