Full job description

We employ top-tier therapists and offer the most competitive compensation packages!

Our mission is to make high-quality therapy accessible and affordable for patients, enabling them to enhance their daily living skills.

School, clinic, and early intervention evaluation positions available! Can’t decide? We offer hybrid options so you don’t have to! Supervision roles available for more experienced therapists with less time working with patients and more time spent mentoring.

Who we are: As the up-and-coming authority in pediatric outpatient therapy in the Central Valley, we are proud to be owned and operated by clinicians. Our therapists embrace a collaborative culture and are dedicated to a child-centric approach to treatment.

Where we are going: Our practice is on the path of expansion, and we're seeking therapists with a passion for growth and a desire to carve out their unique niche while receiving full support for their skills. We actively foster advancement opportunities within our organization, including supervisory and managerial roles, and we empower our therapists to excel and flourish in our practice.

In alignment with our mission, we bolster our exceptional staff by furnishing a fully equipped clinic and a cutting-edge therapy gym stocked with a wide range of materials to cater to the patients we serve. Additionally, our front desk support handles scheduling and billing, allowing you to concentrate on your core expertise – providing treatment and assessments for our patients.

Choose flexible work hours and days, allowing for an exceptional work-life balance that's filled with enjoyment and chances for active community participation.

The perfect candidate should possess a deep passion for working with children and demonstrate a strong desire to collaborate with a team of Speech and Occupational Therapists. They should exhibit exceptional organizational skills, effective communication abilities, excellent writing proficiency, self-motivation, and a keen interest in continually developing their professional skills to better serve clients and enhance their skill sets for the overall well-being of the clinic's patients.

Prospective candidates thrive in diverse environments, which may encompass clinic settings, school-based environments, as well as natural and home settings.
