Role responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage inbound and outbound leads
- Work closely with the team to implement new sales initiatives and strategies to generate leads, strengthen the sales process, and increase revenue
- Leverage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to effectively track and project sales, run reports, and document interactions with potential clients
- Provide weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports to CEO
- Continually develop knowledge of the business climate and the needs of our clients
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure collateral is effective throughout the sales process
- Provide an exceptional customer experience to all leads and clients
- Work collaboratively with other members of the organization
What you need

- Strong leadership skills
- An entrepreneurial spirit
- Exceptional organizational skills and dedication to responsibilities; prioritization, and efficiency is a must
- Be a team player with a positive attitude
- Understand that mission is king
- Incredibly tech savvy, knowledge of CRM tools, with a short learning curve for new technology and platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, etc.
