Role responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage inbound and outbound leads
  • Work closely with the team to implement new sales initiatives and strategies to generate leads, strengthen the sales process, and increase revenue
  • Leverage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to effectively track and project sales, run reports, and document interactions with potential clients
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports to CEO
  • Continually develop knowledge of the business climate and the needs of our clients
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure collateral is effective throughout the sales process
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience to all leads and clients
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the organization

  • Incredibly tech savvy, knowledge of CRM tools, with a short learning curve for new technology and platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, etc.
