About the Job:

At DiMare Fresh, Inc. we are seeking a Staff Accountant to join our team. The ideal person would be someone with experience in all aspects of General Ledger accounting from basic accruals, daily cash controls to month-end close accruals, financial statement review, general ledger account reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

· 5+ years GL accounting experience

· Must have good communication skills and be able to interact with distribution centers, customers and team members in a positive and professional manner

· Experience in month-end financial close process

· Experience in dealing with banking institutions

· Experience in Income statement review and expense research

· Experience with GL balance sheet account reconciliations and tie out binders

· Experience with bank reconciliations

· Experience in Year-End Financial audits

· Experience with Fixed Asset accounting

· Ability to meet deadlines

· Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Word

· Power BI experience a plus

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting

· All other duties as assigned
