Job Summary
Seeking reliable, trustworthy hands-on Laundromat Supervisor/Manager to oversee daily operations at our newly renovated, customer-focused laundromat. This is a full-time salaried position, 40 hours per week, primarily Monday-Friday. After hours availability and some nights and week-ends required.

Duties

Managing daily operations
Hiring, scheduling, and supervising staff
Managing and resolving any customer issues or complaints
Marketing and managing commercial laundry customers
Purchasing, tracking, and maintaining supplies
Using spreadsheets and other tools to track expenses, schedules, and inventory
Overseeing machine operation and coordinating basic maintenance
Performing light cleaning and light maintenance as needed
Handling basic cash management and reporting for Laundry equipment
Managing smartphone apps related to operations and payments
Posting and engaging on social media to support the business

Requirements

Ability to pass extensive background check and insurance requirements
Proven management experience in retail environments with a strong background in supervising teams and managing daily operations
Ability to work independently and problem-solve
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
Basic business proficiency, including spreadsheets and cash handling
Reliable vehicle and smartphone (comfortable with smartphone apps & technology)
Social media skills (posting, basic engagement, promotions)
Mechanical aptitude and handyman skills are a plus
Experience working in Laundromats or laundry operations ideal but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
