Store Manager

Our company is seeking a Store Manager to oversee our growing sales forecast and inventory management program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and scheduling employees, ensuring that merchandise is properly displayed and being managed effectively, ensuring that the store is clean and well-maintained at all times, and performing administrative work. The successful candidate will need to constantly evaluate inventory management systems, create growth plans and effectively utilize the inventory to meet the sales forecast.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all day-to-day operations.
• Demonstrate communication skills with the ability to interact with customers, vendors, and other employees.
• Know basic accounting skills to perform job duties efficiently. Basic mathematical abilities, including the ability to add, subtract, divide, multiply, and tabulate figures along with basic computer skills.
• Show the ability to work well under pressure and on a tight schedule.
• Train, coach and maximize success of all employees.
• Directly manage a staff of 20-25 employees.
• Must be hands on. Very little administrative duties.
• Select, train, coach and schedule personnel to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
• Demonstrate and promote superior customer service
• Responsible for the accurate handling of donated assets and monies involved in store operations, including daily deposits, banking and change
• Responsible for achievement of daily production goals, ensuring all merchandise is checked against quality/pricing standards prior to sending to the sales floor.
• Broad knowledge of different types of merchandise/brands preferred but not required. We will train.
• Set Schedule. Tuesday through Saturday 8am-5pm
• Paid weekly and weekly bonus potential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
