Job Title: Strategic Advertising Solutions Specialist

Organization: Better Business Bureau Serving Northern Colorado & Wyoming

Location: Fort Collins, CO

First Year Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000

As our Strategic Advertising Solutions Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our digital advertising initiatives, helping businesses leverage BBBs trusted brand to amplify their online presence. Your role will blend consultative sales, digital strategy, and client success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to BBB Code of Ethical Sales Conduct, serving as a professional ambassador
  • Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies to grow our advertising client base
  • Lead strategic consultative calls with newly accredited businesses to understand their goals and challenges
  • Design and present customized digital advertising solutions that deliver measurable results
  • Utilize AI-powered tools for lead generation and client insights
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and account management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success and retention
  • Stay ahead of digital advertising trends and best practices

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems (SEO, SEM, social media advertising, etc)
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales automation tools
  • Experience with AI-powered sales and marketing tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising sales or consultative B2B sales

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:

  • This is a full-time Monday-Friday position
