What You'll Be Doing:
- Working closely with the sublimation print department lead to execute apparel sublimation printing, cutting, and bundling.
- Operating key equipment such as the heat press, laser cutter, and manual rotary cutter.
- Following the direction of the department lead and Production Manager to meet daily production schedules.
- Implementing quality control standards to ensure our products are top-notch.
- Assisting with inventory management of fabric and printing supplies on a monthly basis.
- Contributing to process improvements and maintaining efficient operating procedures.
- Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment according to schedule and training.
- Helping to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, including daily opening and closing duties.
- Assisting with the upkeep of the production floor space.
- Performing time studies and tracking production times for various department processes.
- Being willing and able to lift and move items weighing between 50-100 lbs.
- Utilizing your hands and fingers for handling and operating equipment.
- Standing for extended periods of time and demonstrating flexibility (pulling, bending, stooping, lifting).
- Effectively communicating with team members.

This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime opportunities. You should also be aware of potential exposure to varying environmental conditions, including hot/cold temperatures, noise from machinery, and a busy production setting. We value visual acuity, including close vision, distance vision, accurate color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
