General Overview:
Woodstone, Inc. is a Native American owned General Contractor, specializing in commercial construction including healthcare, hospitality, community, and residential.

We are currently seeking experienced Superintendent(s) – Construction – Travelling to join the team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Superintendents are essential members of the project team at Woodstone.
We are seeking team members with excellent time management skills who can maintain a high level of professionalism, positive attitude, and customer service mindset when executing the following duties:
- Oversees the daily construction activities at a work site
- Execute cost-effective project management techniques and strategies in the field
- Drive the project schedule and address problems as they arise
- Keep the job site safe and accident free – safety is woven into our company culture
- Initiate and manage RFI’s, change orders and other documents
- Coordinate and manage subcontractor site work and deliverables

Job Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year certificate from college or technical school – ideal – not required
- 5+ years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- General Contractor or Construction Manager at Risk experience preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers through professional verbal and written communication
- Consistent communication with Project Manager, Project Coordinator, and General Superintendent
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with a positive attitude
- Ability to use time productively, maximize efficiency and meet challenging work goals
- Ability to maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft O365 software
- Procore experience is a plus

Pay: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
