Support Engineer

The Job

The customer experience team drives the growth and adoption of Lucent Sky AVM, our flagship product that automates the remediation of software vulnerabilities. You will work alongside our partners to deliver great customer experience. You will also be the liaison between customers and our engineers. This position may require occasional travel to the US and within APAC.

The Requirements

Must have:

• Experience in product support, technical support, IT administration, system development, or software engineering
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong cross group collaboration abilities

Good to have:

• Experience in application development, application security testing, or software development lifecycle management
• Experience in CI or ALM
• Experience in system management of Windows Servers, SQL Servers, Microsoft Azure, or Amazon Web Services
• Proficiency in multiple languages (spoken or programming)

The Company

Lucent Sky designs application security and performance software, such as Lucent Sky AVM. We focus on making application security simple, integral and manageable. Our headquarters is in San Francisco, with a regional office in Taipei.

Lucent Sky AVM is an application vulnerability mitigation system. With just a few mouse clicks, Lucent Sky AVM will go through an application's source code, find and fix problems that hackers can exploit, and then deliver the secured source code back to the user for testing and deployment.
