  • At least 1-3 years of project management experience
  • At least 1 year of working in a child serving system
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • Experience with federal or state grant programs.
  • Experience in providing evidenced-based, culturally responsive approaches to working with diverse populations.
  • Experience in providing behavioral health professional learning opportunities
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective collaborative relationships with professionals, community stakeholders, and the public.

Reports To: Director of Grants

Education Requirements: Professional Educator License in School Social Work, School Psychology, or School Counseling; preference given to multilingual candidates.

Job Goal: Coordinates the facilitation of cross agency systems, programs and resources to ensure a wraparound approach to services with at-risk youth and their families, as identified by families, school systems, and other community stakeholders.

Performance Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates the establishment and implementation of a Children’s Cabinet
  • Develops and disseminates a physical and behavioral health needs assessment; analyze data to develop and inform future initiatives
  • Coordinates with departments and staff across West40 to implement mental/behavioral health initiatives
  • Participates in the development / enrichment of the behavioral health trainings
  • Attends federal and state behavioral health webinars, conferences, trainings as necessary
  • Coordinates and/or provides behavioral health trainings

Terms of Employment: Twelve-Month Year

Evaluation: Performance of this Job will be evaluated by the Director of Grants in accordance with Board Policy
