We are looking for an IT professional at the start of their career who can grow and learn with us. Candidates should have strong time management skills, written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail.

This is a great opportunity for an individual who is interested in becoming a System Administrator.

Responsibilities:

Establish a relationship with our clients and support their IT needs.
Resolve service tickets in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot problems and escalate as necessary.
Work within a team and collaborate to achieve goals.
Be proactive in client environments and bring recommendations to leadership.
Participate in projects such as network builds, server deployments, cloud migrations, etc.
Document work and configurations accurately and thouroughly.

Experience:

6 months of professional IT experience within the last 2 years.
Customer support.
Supporting Microsoft Office.
Office 365 is a plus.
Basic understanding of computer networking (internet protocol, routing, switching, etc.)
Supporting Windows 10 and 11.
Active Directory is a plus.
Supporting printing and windows applications.
Firewall management is a plus.
Anti-virus and other security solutions.
Backup and disaster recovery is a plus.
