Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Systems Operations Specialist to join our permanent systems installation team. This role involves a variety of tasks including loading and unloading trucks, managing shipping and receiving processes, overseeing project inventory, and maintaining stock inventory. Additionally, you will assist in building and painting pipes for various projects and may be required to perform site deliveries using company vans and a 24-foot box truck.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading and Unloading: Assist in offloading and loading trucks with project materials, ensuring safe and efficient handling.
• Shipping and Receiving: Maintain the shipping and receiving processes, including verifying shipment contents and ensuring accurate documentation.
• Inventory Management: Oversee project and stock inventory, ensuring accurate tracking, organization, and replenishment.
• Project Support: Help prepare and build fixtures to meet project inventory requirements, including assembling and painting pipes. Candidates will work from a detailed list to pull and pack necessary items for projects, ensuring all materials are ready and organized for successful project execution.
• Site Deliveries: Perform site deliveries using company vans and a 24-foot box truck, ensuring timely and safe transportation of materials.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or operations support role preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Basic carpentry and painting skills.
• Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
• Licenses:
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive a 24-foot box truck (willing to train).
• Other:
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft, Google Suite).
