We are seeking to add a Customer Care Professional to our team in one or both of our two locations. Here at our agency we use a customer-focused, needs based review process to educate our clients about their financial services options with State Farm, not just their home and auto.

Responsibilities:

Work with the Agent and Marketing Director to establish and meet marketing goals, while assisting team and meeting customer needs.

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Qualifications:

**FULLY LICENSED P&C AND LIFE AND HEALTH**

Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs. Some desired candidate attributes are: Customer Service experience, People oriented, Detail oriented, have exceptional organization skills, Ability to make presentations to potential customers, retain current customers, manage accounts, accountability.
