Full job description
Job Title: Account Manager
Job Overview:
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction. Additionally, you will work on identifying new business opportunities and driving growth within your account portfolio.
Duties:
- Develop and nurture client relationships to enhance customer retention and loyalty
- Analyze client accounts to identify areas for growth and improvement
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize mutual value
- Conduct warm calling to reach out to potential clients and expand the customer base
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track client interactions and sales activities
- Provide leadership in coordinating internal resources to meet client needs effectively
- Drive sales by understanding client requirements and promoting suitable products or services
- Communicate proactively with clients to address any issues or concerns promptly
- Demonstrate expertise in technology sales to effectively position products in the market
Skills:
- Business development skills to identify new opportunities and drive growth
- Strong analytical abilities to assess client accounts and market trends
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable agreements with clients
- Proficiency in warm calling techniques to engage potential customers
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing client relationships
