Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Insurance Account Representative to join our team in Idaho Falls. This position combines customer service and sales, offering the opportunity to build relationships, educate clients, and help them choose insurance coverage that fits their needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Educate clients about auto, home, life, and business insurance products
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage
• Follow up on leads and generate new business opportunities
• Process policy changes and payments
• Assist customers with billing and basic claims questions
• Meet individual and team performance goals
• Provide prompt, professional, and friendly service

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Preferred)
• Sales or customer service experience (preferred)
• Insurance experience is a plus but not required
• Property & Casualty license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Life & Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required

Work Environment

• In-office position in Idaho Falls
• Professional team setting
• Monday- Friday
• 9-5
• No weekend
• No holidays
• No Nights

Performance-based role with opportunity to grow

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
