Full job description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Customer Service Representative (TCSR) to be the first point of contact for all customers queries. As an integral member of our Sales team, the TCSR will be responsible for providing exceptional product and technical support to our customers, troubleshooting technical issues and finding effective solutions.
A friendly demeanour and excellent communication skills will be essential as you greet customers, assess their needs, and provide them with personalised support.
Your responsibilities will include but, are not limited to:
- Accurately processing sales orders into our system
- Assisting walk in customers with product inquiries
- Ensuring all incoming product support, sales support and warranty phone calls and emails are attended to promptly
- Actioning warranty inspections and determine failure cause
- Entering warranty orders and update customers on status
- Issuing and processing Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers for warranty and stock return purposes
- Disassembling and reassembling parts for custom orders
- Attending trade shows representing Turbosmart USA
- Reviewing and enforcing Turbosmart USA MAP Policy via Internet Sites
- Assisting warehouse employees in processing incoming shipments
- Various administrative tasks to support the sales team
Your application will have an advantage if:
- You have at least two years’ experience in technical customer service role
- You have at least one year experience in a factory, warehouse or workshop
- You have technical knowledge of turbochargers and Turbosmart products and are Mechanical and/or Technical minded (essential)
- You have intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Willing to work weekends and overtime when needed

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
