Technical Recruiter

CODE Plus, Inc., an experienced IT government contractor in Fairfax, VA with offices in Huntsville, AL and Oak Ridge, TN have been in business for 29 years and have been servicing different agencies within the Federal sector. Currently seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to lead our technical hiring and support HR operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified technical candidates.
• Conduct reference checks and manage employment contracts.
• Handle HR inquiries, maintain employee records, and assist with performance management.
• Schedule and organize meetings, interviews, and HR events.
• Coordinate training sessions and new hire orientations.
• Produce reports on HR activities and metrics.
• Keep current with HR trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of technical recruiting, preferably in IT.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and other business tools.
• High attention to detail.
• Must work on-site in Fairfax, VA.
