Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Technician Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support our technicians in various tasks, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn, making them a valuable asset to our team.

Duties

Assist technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting of systems.
Maintain accurate records of service requests and completed tasks.
Organize tools and equipment for easy access during service calls.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure clarity on tasks and expectations.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical systems is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing technologies.
Previous experience in a technical support role is an advantage but not mandatory.
